If you would like to participate in the contest, here's all you have to do:

1. Read the fine print below.
2. Create an ANGRY BEEF Sighting. Or more than one—you can enter this contest as many times as you'd like to! If you need a picture of ANGRY BEEF with which to create your Sighting, click HERE.
3. Email ANGRY BEEF and attach your Sighting to the email. Be sure to put "200th Sighting Contest" or something like that as the subject of your email, and include whatever name you wish to be known as should you win.
4. Wait with fevered anticipation to see whether or not you've won!

The winner will not only get to see his/her entry as the 200th Sighting, but will also get to choose one (1) of these fabulous prizes:

The Fine Print

By entering this contest, you explicitly agree to all of the following terms with www.ANGRYBEEF.com (herein referred to as "this site"):

Submitting:

By submitting a Sighting, you agree to the following:

• Your Sighting does not violate any copywrite laws.
• Should your Sighting be suspected by other parties of violating any copywrite laws, this site will be allowed to give any or all of your contact information to investigating agents as is deemed appropriate by this site. Your Sighting may be removed from this site until any copywrite issues are resolved.
• You give this site the right to display your entry on this site in any way that this site wishes from now until the end of time.
• This site is not under any obligation whatsoever to use, display, or even acknowledge your entry, as per this site's discretion.
• This site may use any text it wishes to accompany your Sighting.

Winning:

All entries will be judged by this site. All decisions are final.

If your entry is chosen to be the winner, you will be notified via email on Friday September 23rd, using the same email address that you used to submit the winning entry.

Your Sighting will be displayed on this site as the winner of this contest on Monday, September 26th, and thereafter in any other way that this site wishes from now until the end of time. Whatever name you indicated in your email that you wished to be known as may also be displayed in association with your Sighting.

You may notify this site about your prize selection (see Prizes below).

Forfeiting:

If your entry is chosen to be the winner but you do not want your entry to win for any reason, you may forfeit your entry by giving written notification to this site by email before 6:00 AM on Monday, September 26th. If this site does not receive your notification before 6:00 AM on Monday, September 26th, your entry will still be displayed as the winner of this contest, but you will still be considered as having forfeitted this contest.

By forfeiting, you agree to the following:

• You do not have any rights to claim to any prize.
• Your Sighting may still be displayed on this site in any way that this site wishes, from now until the end of time.
• You do not have the right at any time to reverse your forfeiture. All forfeitures are final.

If your entry is chosen to be the winner, you will be notified via email on Friday September 23rd, using the same email address that you used to submit the winning entry. You will be asked at that time to reply with your choice of one (1) of the following prizes:

This site will order your selected prize within five (5) business days from the ANGRY BEEF Storefront at Cafepress.com using the least expensive shipping available. Upon ordering, this site will contact you and provide you with an order tracking number.

All prize choices are final. You will not be given the cash equivilent of your prize. If you are unsatisfied with your prize, you may return it as per the return policy of Cafepress. Any problems with your prize are matters between you and Cafepress; this site is in no way responsible for any problems with your prize.

Disputes

Should you have any dispute about which Sighting was selected to be the winner, then tough. Too bad for you. This site can select any Sighting it wants to be the winner for any reason, even one that you think is much worse than yours. Grow up.
