When P Stew sings a cowboy song, it’s forever his!
I know this is a bit old (from 2016, yikes), but the world needs this now more than ever. Partake and enjoy:
Now I know you wanna own this amazing collection, right? Don’t worry, because there’s a website, pstewsings.com that has you covered…
OH NO:
DANG SHAME! DANG SHAME!
Well, it looks like we’re outta luck when it comes to the full collection, pardner (get it, “pardner” because this is a cowboy-themed post I’ll shut up now). But we CAN still get the sampler CD, which has five full amazing songs on it:
Sir Patrick Stewart is by most accounts an hilarious and delightful person to be around. He was recently involved in quite the spate with his Shakespearean-actor colleague, Thomas Middleditch. I’m not entirely certain what set off the row, but Thomas was the first to fire a (rather unintelligible) shot:
The two soon discovered the joys of Photoshop, and went to town creating scenarios for their heated feud. On Stewart’s part, he painted Thomas as “Middlebitch,” his personal servant:
Car Washer Middlebitch
Personal Chef Middlebitch
Smells-of-Farts Middlebitch
Hedge-Trimming Middlebitch
Wood-Chopping Middlebitch
Middleditch, for his part, painted Sir Patrick as “Sir Fatrick Poowart,” a doddering oldie-olson on the brink of inevitable death:
Not-Long-Now Stewart
Sir Fatrick
There was also this miscellaneous insult:
Poowart
Things seem to have cooled down as of this week, though, which is a minor shame. It’s always a joy when two people with such obvious affection for each other decide to publicly delight each other and us by extension.
So there’s some bad stuffs going on in Ukraine right now involving Russia. David Cameron, Prime Minister of the United Kingdom, I guess wanted to show that he was standing in solidarity with the USA, so he tweeted this:
This is very strange. Did he use a stock photo of him looking serious on the phone? Or did he have an aide photograph him just for this occasion? Why did he need a photo of himself on the phone in the first place? Did he think twitter wouldn’t believe that he actually talked to Obama on the phone?
Despite how serious the Ukraine situation is, this of course needed to be mocked. And mocked it was. And who better to mock the Prime Minister than Twitter superstar Rob Delaney?
